Does Dr. Doom count? Victor von Doom is literally the King of Latveria and could have any title he wants, and he just uses his doctorate, with a cape and a mask.

As for actual superhero names, The Thing could use a better one. Like... I don't know. Something with rocks.

Also, any variation on Goblin. It's overdone and not intimidating anymore.

Dr. Doom is definitely a new one. I know of a Dr. Fate but that kind of worked for him.

I know Dr. Strange is here, too, but idk it feels like he doesn't count as a superhero name. Like he has a cape I guess, but he doesn't really have a brand? he just does wizard things.

Thinking about it more I guess Captain America is also kind of weird, but he's like... a historical figure so you grow up not realizing how it sounds.
