There's no "Elfrule" but it sounds like elves are little spirits that watch over children around the winter solstice.

they're little forest spirits! we used to play one big game of hide and seek across all of hyrule

they really like playing game and tricks and stuff like that

Huh. I never encountered any.

But it seems like everywhere I looked around Hyrule there was some new secret. I'm not surprised there's something I missed.

Whenever I make it back there, I'll have to go looking for them.
