Yeah, he asked me. I still think it’s crazy if he’s right about the ice thing being magic. Anyway, it’s not as personal as it sounds.

[ It’s a little personal, because he’s picking Billy over David, but - if David knows Tommy at all, he knows that Billy had a yes as soon as he asked. Even Tommy likes to feel connected. ]

I didn't think it sounded personal at all until you said it wasn't. But I don't mind. I know the importance of family to, well, your family. And someone should keep him sensible. And help you keep your magic in check. It works out.
