Is there a way to suppress or remove our powers? Like a device or magic?

Can someone just turn me into a normal human?

What should he do? Say he isn't interested after all? That could work, but David now knows he isn't human and Bart could end up learning about it as well. But Kaneki could also give other excuses. Say that his powers are not that bad after all and he was just upset and overreacting when he made the post...
