[The camera is focused on a man people may recognize from Fantastic's June announcement about a hypnotist manipulating Starfallen into acting as villains without their knowledge: the Fixer. While he looks a little worse for wear after his time in hiding, he isn't sporting any injuries beyond a few minor bruises.
Those asking him questions are off-camera, their voices altered.
After the full interrogation, a certain narrative becomes clear:
Fantastic hired the Fixer. They intentionally targeted Starfallen, using them to carry out staged attacks for Fantastic to thwart. This enabled him to elevate his image and dethrone Atomight from the Alliance. Once he achieved this goal, Fantastic threw the Fixer under the bus (which the Fixer seems especially and genuinely bitter about).
While this may not be surprising to a lot of people, they didn't have the proof before, and it makes Fantastic's hypocrisy for claiming to be working towards the safety of Starfallen excedingly clear.]
((The throwaway accounts probably won't be responding, but folks are welcome to chat in the various comment sections!))

like is there a sign-up form for the punching? this is personal, I would REALLY like to give at least Fixer a piece of my mind
possibly with fists
PM
I don't have hands on Fantastic, but I can offer up the Fixer.

that
that would be awesome, actually
is there somewhere I can meet you? or like somewhere to go, or...?

[He isn't going to give the precise location, even if this is supposed to be private and secure, just in case. But he will include an address that's roughly in the neighborhood of the bar.]

(I'll be the one with the tail)
[ a little bit of identifying information should be ok, she thinks. If he trusts her enough to give her an address, she trusts him not to narc on her. ]
seriously, thank you!
PM > Action
[Hard to say whether that's a joke or not until she arrives on location to find a very tall man with very long silver hair. Definitely an identifying characteristic.]
action!
Man, you really weren't kidding about the hair!

[Whatever sort of tail he was imagining... this is not it.]

[ Much like the Spanish Inquisition, nobody expects the squirrel tail! ]
You must go through a ton of conditioner, huh? Nice to meet you! I'm... [ wait, hold on. ] Are we doing the Secret Identity thing? Because if we both got brainwashed, I feel like that puts us on a first-name basis.

[Given their extremely recognizeable features. He offers his hand.]
Sephiroth.

[ She's not in costume today, just regular civvie clothes with the tail out. For something this personal, she just wants to be herself. Doreen reaches out to shake his hand, but it's obvious that her perpetual sunny attitude has been working overtime, given the last few weeks. ]
This really sucks, huh? Do they do some kinda group therapy sessions for brainwashing victims, or what?

...I can't say I've heard of such a thing. [But he's not a man who's yet been persuaded of the benefits of therapy.] Striking him ought to provide some therapeutic benefit.

[ The Tragedy of Punches. ]
How are you doing? You holding up okay?

I'm perfectly fine. My mind has been my own for some time now, and the man's been apprehended.
[He's not perfectly fine, the feelings just haven't had time to make their way back out from where he shoved them.]
no subject
Well, if I find any good therapists, I'll let you know, 'kay?
... Seriously though, thanks for letting me in on this. It's just... it's just good to talk to people who have been through the same thing, you know?
no subject
...I suppose that much is true. There is a mutual understanding.

[ that monthly Marvel comics life! ]
It's like... you feel guilty for what you did, even if it wasn't really you, you know?

I'm sorry everything is horrible, but it's nice to meet you, under these extremely creepy and awful circumstances
I wonder if we could get some kinda group therapy discount going
