Obviously someone doesn't want anything more to get out regarding this whole lockdown, and they're covering their bases with a blanket filter.

...as for the possums, I can only assume it's a personal preference.

I wonder if posts get censored even if it isn't in specific regards to the this quarantine.

Well, I can see how getting their posts censored can rub people the wrong way but considering the current political climate in regards to "Metas", maybe keeping the actual reason for the quarantine under wraps is reasonable.

Guess you’ve got a point there… If Dylan is right and the pod people parasites are Skyfallen, that doesn’t really help people trust us.

...but agreed. I've already started moving some things, but supplies would be a good idea. Things are changing too fast.

Honestly, I'd feel better if you did so long as you get out of the Alliance. Oh the irony that the lesser of two evils is the side one would associate more with such plans in the first place.

Is it that surprising, though? Jupiter Jim has two storylines where the supposedly benevolent organization turns out to be the baddies. Maaaybe three, depending on what you consider an “organization”.

Yeah, I guess that's true. I mean, it's a pretty slick move. But I think I appreciate it more in movies than in real life.

There could at least be more options than just the Alliance and the Society.

Right? I don't know how anyone figured that was a great idea. It's like they want to instigate something. Like trying to keep tabs of all of us isn't enough.

I think all the other options would be considered unofficial. They really wanted to get things nailed down, it seems. Having more options would just mean more to keep track of.

[Leo looks at Donnie, then looks at his phone, then back at Donnie.]

Please, you're not half as fun to mess with as 'Rator. But I want to trace this opossum outbreak and I want to see if there's some consistency between what's coming up on OurPowers and everywhere else.

[He takes the phone, letting out a breath before he dives in, his eyes taking on that weird glow usually associated with his mystic-tech. His holocomputer starts opening windows and scrolling text and code while Leo's phone screen also flickers and starts shuffling between a few tabs.

About a few minutes later Donnie shakes his head out as he tries blinking away numbers. He holds Leo's phone back out as he scrubs a hand over his face.]

Uh-huh.

[He doesn’t sound like he believes him!

But man, it’s a little weird watching Donnie use his new power. The glowy eyes are one thing, it’s not that far off how his ninpo looks, but the way the computer screens move on their own while Donnie is stock still is unsettling.]

Find anything?

[As he takes the phone back.]

[There will be other opportunities to mess with Leo's phone, in which case his threat will be nullified because it would no longer be "today."]

Yeah, managed to dig up a common IP address.

[Aaand he's back to poking at his computer, but at least he's doing it the normal way.]

Shouldn't be hard to figure out where its originating from...
