Ah, you don't need to worry about him neglecting Dylan. Well, you do, but Dylan's not with him and has a caretaker. Sleeper's staying with him, and they're both in Central. I've already met them in person, and I was planning on checking in on them regularly. [After all, they're staying at her currently-closed place of work, so she has good reason to spend a lot of time there.]

Thank you, that's very good to hear. I've been worrying about that. [Not necessarily about Eddie neglecting Dylan on purpose or anything like that! It's just that a fourteen-year-old isn't an appropriate guardian for a baby, no matter how well-meaning!]

Yeah, tell me about it. If I hadn't seen Sleeper right there- if Dylan hadn't shown them when I asked- I'd have gone over to retrieve him myself.

Bars aren't usually good places for children, but I've closed the Descendant because it seems like most of the staff are kids, and I was thinking, if we could convince other kids in Central to stay there...

Um. [She can't be sure. A Bat designed the place, so it probably has all sorts of secret things that could be locked or unlocked, depending on how Jason left them before he was deaged.]

I can lock up all the obvious entrances. And any of the stuff we sell.

[He's not terribly interested in kidnapping people, even if he thinks it's probably for their own good.]

The bar does have things to lure kids. A reading room for the bookish ones, karaoke and other entertainment... And an alien cat.
