[He scrubs his hand over his face for a second. Otto tries to take responsibility when shit goes down, but usually there's any number of other responsible adults around. Normally half of his friends aren't suspicious children who are actively refusing help.

I'm working on checking in on everyone I know in Excelsior right now. Making sure they're not in any trouble, if they are kids. You should check up on your friends, too. See what's going on with them.
