OurPowers | Video | Tim Drake | Public
Display Name: Tim Drake
Notes: During the age swap event
[ There’s a spikey-haired child who has clearly already discovered Dep Gel. He’s sitting in a front of a grungy brick wall with badly chipping paint that shows the strata of different paint layers. Looks like an alley, with a thin line of corrugated metal just visible behind the boy.
Clever eyes would recognize that he’s sitting on the closed lid of a dumpster. It doesn’t look like a place for a boy of somewhere between 8 and a very small 10. ]
My name’s Tim Drake, and I’m in Central City. I’m not supposed to be.
I hope I’ve gotten this working. I guess it’s supposed to be mine? The account has my name, but that’s not right. You aren’t supposed to use real information on social media, especially when you’re a kid, because it can lead to abductions.
[ Tim glances around, like he’s expecting someone to come bursting in now that he’s said that outloud. ]
And I think I’ve been abducted?
[ He picks at t-shirt and leather jacket that he’s absolutely swimming in. ]
They changed my clothes.
[ Frowning, he looks confused at that, and as if he’s run out of things to say here. ]
You’re not supposed to give personal details online. I did, but I think the rules are different when you’ve been kidnapped? I’m not going to say my parents names or address, but I can’t walk home.

[ Not to beat a dead horse, but he's sharing a room with Robin. This whole multiverse concept is still confusing, and it's been an overwhelming couple of hours. He's not going to be picky about the bed arrangement. The floor is fine if he has a pillow. ]
And... I promise too. But I don't go on rooftops as often as he does.

[ he knows robin works primarily at night, and that's something they'll have to figure out schedule-wise. he knows this is a spell, and he's pretty certain he can work it out and maybe remove it, but until that happens, they might have to consider things like school arrangements.
in the meantime, though, it's enough that they're both off the street and they have somewhere to stay.
he reaches out, gently pushing hair back from tim's brow. ] And just for the record, you're allowed to have opinions about things, Tim. Like where you sleep, and the clothes you wear, and the food you eat. I want you both to be comfortable here, okay?
no subject
Yeah! Speak your mind! It's better that way!
[Jason wants Tim to be comfortable. He shouldn't have to be more afraid than he already is]

I have opinions! But we're guests! You aren't s'posed to complain about the hospitality of the host when you're a guest.
[ If they don't have dino nuggets or root beer, that's simply how it is. He can practically hear his parents. ]
If Robin wants singles, then I want singles.

You're not guests. This is your home for as long as you want it. [ his lips quirk up. ] Or until Batman finds you and brings you home.
[ he drains the last of his hot chocolate, then rises to check on dinner, stirring the pot and tasting it. ]
Dinner's almost ready. [ he turns back to them both, nodding toward the door. ] The bathroom's right down the hall, go wash up and I'll have food on the table when you get back.

Cool.
[He drains the last of his hot chocolate and looks back at Tim to see if he's ready]

If Jason's going to beat him to the bathroom, he better get moving. ]
