I’m Amadeus also known as the Totally Awesome Hulk. [he flexes for the camera.] And this here is Ms. Marvel. Back home us and a few others had a team going and while it’s just the two of us so far why not expand?
Hey, so we’ve been thinking about this for a while and we were wondering if anyone would be interested in a kind of . . . off brand guild. No special privileges or anything, sorry. But a guild we can all agree and work together and not be . . . part of the system.
I know we’ve all been there. Been burned by adults and other heroes. Seen what corporations can do to heroes. And I think here, we can start our own guild. Do what’s right because that’s what heroes do. Small or big, up to you.
So what do you say? Want to start the Protectors with us?
My only rules are you can’t have signed up with the guilds already. And if you’re underaged let me know and I can sign whatever notes you need to get out of school.
[ she glances at him. ]

I am 19, you know. Schools usually just want to cover their butts so as long as someone else says they’ll take responsibility it’s fine.
Old. Anyway, if you’re interested, maybe tell us a bit about yourself? Code name, powers, maybe what you’d like to get out of being in a guild like this. We all need to work together.

[She looks down.] Those guys were all before my time, but I've heard enough stories. Living through the Joker showing up unexpected was bad enough, and now he's here and he got away.
But- if the Joker's the worst to show up so far, does that mean there aren't many really bad villains here?

I'm not surprised I didn't exist in your world, I got cloned under some really weird and specific circumstances.
[He figures that Superman probably didn't die in every single parallel world out there, and if he didn't, he'd have never been cloned.]
I don't know about the villains here but where you find metas you find villains, just like you find heroes. Because if you have powers, you basically have three choices: use your powers for good, use them for bad stuff, or try to live a normal life.

I didn't think living a normal life was an option. It seemed like every time someone got powers in Gotham, they started abusing them. It's- it was pretty refreshing, here, that most of us brought in from other universes haven't seemed to cause trouble.
[She sighs heavily] Well, at least newcomers arrive in bunches. We can make lists of who to watch for. That's- something, I guess.
