[This is new - Leo's never actually been on video before! At least, not on OurPowers, and certainly not this green; usually when he shows up in his tiktoks and instagram posts he's wearing his human disguise.

But not today! After almost a year in this place without any unwanted vivisections or science experiments, he thinks he can start showing his face for real.

He's not focused on himself at the moment, though; instead he grins at the camera before turning it on his Christmas present: his awesome new motorcycle. Trimmed in electric blue, with neon lights that streak all the way from front to back and around the rims, it's a pretty sweet ride.]

Prepare to be jealous - look what my bro made me for Christmas! [Leo laughs as he moves the camera around the bike.] Guess it's a good thing I didn't actually sell him on Ebay when we were six, right?

[He's kidding; love you Donnie~]

Sweet, huh? [He turns the camera back on his own face, giving it a wink.] Oh yeah, face reveal! I know, I know - I deprived you guys of this handsome mug too long.

[He spends a second just tilting his head back and forth so everyone can see his face from all angles.]

So yeah, happy whatever you're celebrating. Oh, and I'm Alliance again, soooo... if you need help, I take payment in the form of pizza.

[A wave and then he turns the camera off.]

Yeah, I think so! Not that the shellhogs were bad, this baby just handles better.

[To make this point he weaves across the open highway.]

And she's blue! And neon! So that's way better.

It'd have been ridiculous if he didn't make it to your aesthetic.

[Yeahhhh, it's a cool bike. Donnie is nothing if not excellent at details.

He turns his head a little, watching the scenery go by.]

Guess this'll make it a lot easier for you to get around.

[Not that he needs it, what with the teleporting and all.]

Well, back home I had to share. Here it's all mine.

[He'd still share it even if he were back home. He'd make a big show, grumbling about it, threatening them against any dings or scrapes, threatening to make them pay for gas, and then he'd hand over the keys anyway.

But that's neither here nor there.]

It'll definitely help me get around in style. If I'm going to be a cool superhero again, I gotta have a sweet ride.

[levelshift]

Hmm.

[Yeah, makes sense. At least four motorcycles wouldn't really be easy to get ahold of, even if they were all junkers for Donnie to fix up.

He gives a soft snort at Leo's next comment.]

Image is really fucking important here for superheroes, huh?

Guess so. I don't really mind it, though. Now everyone gets to see my gorgeous face.

[Leo doesn't really care about being a celebrity or anything like that. Though he wouldn't turn down any compliments that might come his way (so far they haven't really, but he doesn't let that get him down).]

Image is important for villains too, though, right? Like, you gotta have that presentation.

[Yes, he's still talking about it like it's wrestling kayfabe.]

[Yeah, this is all probably just a fun bonus for Leo. Get to help people and have people think he's ultra cool while doing it? Sign him up.

The villain angle has him clicking his tongue.]

It's useful in terms of intimidation. Theoretically, it's possible to scare someone so bad they don't want to fucking fight at all and just give up. Then you can skip the heavy workload entirely.

[He's making himself sound incredibly lazy, but that had really been the only way he could come up with to avoid people getting hurt when they tried to fight him. And it hadn't been all that successful.]

[faceguy]

[Accelerator isn't a bad guy, no matter what he thinks of himself. He's done bad things, of course, Leo can't argue with that, but the fact that he's even thought of trying to scare people off so they don't fight him proves it in Leo's mind.

Even if he wants to act like he's just lazy.]

Hey, that could work for heroes, too! ...It never has for me, but it could!

[Why don't people think he's intimidating? A mystery...]

[levelshift]

[He scoffs lightly.]

Aren't heroes supposed to be the opposite of that? You don't want to start scaring the little kids that look up to you, do you?

[He's only half-joking. Scaring small children isn't something even he likes doing, even though it happens a lot.]

[faceguy]

Well, no... but you can be scary for villains and nice for kids!

[This is flawless logic.]

[levelshift]

The villains are just gonna see how you act around kids. They won't be intimidated at all.

[faceguy]

Man, why do you have to kill my vibe every time I have a good idea?

[So rude, honestly.]

[levelshift]

[This is friendship, right.]

Should I keep my mouth shut next time so you can make a fool of yourself?

[faceguy]

[It is, actually.]

As if I ever would.

[They’ve gotten pretty far away from the city now. Probably about time to turn around, but there’s no exit anywhere close.

Hm.]

Hey, wanna do something cool?

[levelshift]

[Accelerator just gives a little sigh. Leo's gonna Leo.

That question makes him raise an eyebrow.]

I don't care.

[Yeah, he kind of does.]

[faceguy]

Alright. Here we go, baby!

[Leo guns it even faster, moving so he's not at risk of wrecking into any cars. He gets them down to an open stretch of road, keeping an eye on the other side of the highway.

Then...

Leo pulls his sword free (careful not to slice Accelerator in the process) and holds it in front of the bike.]

Hot soup!

[The portal opens in front of them, then spits them back out on the other road, going back the opposite way.]

["Hot soup" leaves something to be desired, but the actual teleportation is pretty cool. Do teleportation espers think about this kind of thing back home? Kill Point sure as hell didn't, and he can't remember Musujime doing anything particularly cool.

... He was a lot cooler punching her out, honestly....

That aside, turning around via teleportation is indeed very cool. Way cooler than finding a turn-off like some boring sucker. Accelerator holds on, waiting to speak up until they're on their way in the opposite direction.]

You going to use that move for your heroing?

[faceguy]

Guess I can! I'm always trying to think of new portal tricks.

[Helps that his portals are working better than when he first got here. They still aren't quite at his full power, but...]

I can't use my power to attack, so I have to get creative.

[levelshift]

Yeah, you wouldn't be the type to teleport things like corkscrews into people's bodies.

[Just throwing that out casually.]

[faceguy]

[Uh... ew?]

Nope, can't say that's my style.

Guess I could always portal-chop someone, but... I'd rather not unless I had to.

[levelshift]

[Yeahhh, he remembers Leo's reaction to killing that black hole Railgun. He's not keen on repeating that.]

You can leave any chopping to me.

[faceguy]

[Leo laughs at that, but it's very fond when he does.]

Awww, that's sweet in a super violent way.

[levelshift]

[Ugh, Leo, making this awkward.]

I'm not gonna rely on someone who can't do that kind of thing when it needs to be done. That's too fucking dangerous, that's all.

[Clearly this is just pragmatism and not him caring, gosh.]

[faceguy]

[Oof. It's a good thing he knows Accelerator well by now, or that might have stung. As it is, he knows this is just Accelerator showing he cares, in his own, weird way. Insisting he'll handle any threats like that so Leo doesn't have to.

Still...]

I can do what needs to be done. You don't have to worry about me.

[He'll make himself do it, if it comes right down to it.]

[Despite having friends, Accelerator is still emotionally stunted when it counts. He clicks his tongue softly but hey, he doesn't argue. Good for him!]
