( there are two people in frame, and yet neither of them seem to be particularily happy about it. kell looks tired, with a scowl that doesn't quit. and lila--looks ready to kill a man just because they looked at her wrong. or maybe that's just how their faces always look.
when kell speaks, his tone is soft and easy, but the one eye with a visible pupil never seems to quite focus on the camera--he looks off to the side instead. and the phone itself is angled a little awkwardly. almost centered on lila but more off to the side of her, which leaves kell cut off at the top of his brow. )
Lila and I are capable of finding anyone, as long as we have something that belongs to them. We know things are. . ( his lips press together, frown deepening. ) less than ideal currently. We're offering to lend a hand, if it becomes necessary. Let us know where we can find you, and we can pick up something of yours in case. . . anything happens.
( it's significantly more words than he'd ever bother to say to anyone, if there wasn't a need for it. but kell's mouthpiece is absent, and lila has the tendency to be a little too brash.
after glancing at kell to see that he's done, lila shifts to stop the video and drops the entire phone. )
