[ Video because lol text. Nico's just walking in the grass somewhere, shooting the grass withering around his doc martens. ]
When my boyfriend Will disappeared, nobody in the Alliance or the stupid sky school cared except Atomight. They tried to tell say things like, oh, kids run away all the time. I heard one of the teachers mumble about queer stats being higher, and the guild receptionist was talking about how metahuman heroes have enemies and how I already said we used to live in a group home.
Will didn't have enemies. It is actually impossible to not get along with Will Solace. Atomight was the only one who listened. Who cared. About a kid in his guild, who joined because he liked their ideals and wanted to help.
Guess they don't want anyone to care.
So I guess I'm a reformed villain now.

[(As far as Huvrye is concerned, they're working with Effiom's playbook now, and that means the life of anyone who doesn't toe the line is forfeit. He doesn't know whether he can trust the Society to prevent that, and he's not letting it happen to the people he cares about.)]
Are you somewhere safe right now?
[He's not asking where - not in public - but he can at least establish that much.]

Is Will?

[Maybe not. He'll clarify. Probably.]
This Atomight guy isn't dead, right?
no subject
No, he's not dead. They voted him out. Which is worse than being dead. Imagine being the only one that cares about people, so they kick you out.
no subject
[It's a hard line where Gojo comes from. No potential lies in death, after all.]
I can't help but wonder about what complacency led to the "only one who cared" being knocked off-screen! And why he'd let that happen. Suspicious, right? What kinda blackmail do they have on him to let it happen?
no subject
[ Dead's not dead, unless you've lived a boring life. ]
Uh - most places vote for things. So if you're a good person, and you get voted out, then you're done. You're not "letting" things happen. That's just how it works.
no subject
And moves on. Not comfortable. Kinda boring. Sometimes slimy and all curse-like. Nah. Next!]
Sounds like it was rigged. Sometimes voting leads to the wrong decision. Like this one!
We, the people, didn't vote for it—right?
no subject
[ Whoops. ]
In hindsight, that might not have been the best idea.

[He figures the fact that the one meeting was that consequential wasn't a coincidence. It's how a takeover can take place without any intervention.]
Since you skipped the boring stuff, it's time to demand a recall. Through any means necessary.
no subject
What’s a recall?
no subject
Ehhh ... it's not relevant here, actually.
[This guy is a teacher. Truly.]
What's the villain-y plan since we're throwing that one out?

Then again, deciding everyone online is just a random villain would explain a few things ...
[Including what is likely Gojo's own obnoxious internet history.]

[ Even if it’s screaming into the void, it’s better than nothing. ]

Ah, well ... Guess I'll have to encourage someone else's future rebellion!
no subject
rebellion means there's something worth saving.
