i guess if u dont have a guild they kick u out of the housing and u lose the money
i dont think u have to pay it back but u are left on ur own
theres also a lot more press if u are part of a guild
oh and u got missions too but some of them seem silly like getting cats out of trees

Sounds like they expect you to do their work and they're gonna publicize it. Not sure I like that. Even if it is just cats.
