[It's a video, because Eddie said it should be a video. That it should be sincere, like Billy's got a bleeding heart and a face that says I am deeply empathetic to your problems and the problems of our kind ♥.
He's chewing a cigarette. Quite literally chewing the butt end, before he blows smoke out. There's a fan at his side, blowing the smoke off screen, and the controlled chaos of his room is mostly obscured by his face and torso. He, mercifully, is fully clothed. ]
So we've got a shit load of rooms here in Sunset Falls. At least eight free, probably more but I haven't counted the East Wing. Shit's haunted. The room's are big as hell.
[In the background, there is a shuffle, and then Eddie, from elsewhere:] Don't make eye contact with yourself in the mirror unless you wanna know uncomfortable truths about yourself!
[Billy is. Pinching his nose. The Weird Shit could just be High Billy and Eddie moving things.] Anyway we got free space for anyone who's looking for somewhere new for whatever reason. [An inhale, then through gritted teeth -] Free of charge.
[He's glancing off, inhaling in some nicotine. ] You gotta be cool with some shit. Our jobs, mostly. And us. [he's not saying Queer Friendly no matter how much Eddie tried to script this in. ] And you gotta not really care about Molly or Mary-Jane. [the drugs. ]
Anyway hit me or Eddie up if you're interested. We've got a pool if that's your thing, and like six ghosts. They're mostly friendly.
